Safety is first priority on all tournaments as well as on HEMA IWC. Therefore we aim to ensure a pleasant site and expect fair requirements from the contestants to garuantee a successful event.

Please make sure you fully understand and accept these rules, becouse they are compulsory for every participants and attandants!

If you feel uncertain about your equipement fitting the rules or not, please feel free to contact Weisz Attila (in this case, attach a photo of the equipement in question).

The rulesets on the various weapons are based on the participant countries own rulesets and was designed by a multinational team to satisfy all needs and to follow all traditions: national and historical alike.

We have received feedbacks, concerns and requests regarding the ruling on allowed equipment. Taking all these into regard a 2nd version was written, that you can find on the left.
